
CNC Machining Capability
System Accessories Welcome to Interlube’s machine components service. This new division specialises in the machining of complex, precision parts across numerous materials. Utilising the most modern equipment and manufacturing systems available, we can now offer precision machined components for the most demanding of applications. We are already helping customers in the fields of Lubrication, Aerospace, Automotive, Food Industries and Material Handling.
Secondary operations and cleaning
We can also offer a range of supplemental services such as:
- Brazing
- Precision grinding
- High quality component cleaning.
This division is able to offer the cleaning of metal components through our self contained, fully compliant, re-cycled solvent plant. This is also offered as a separate process and can be quoted to support customer requirements
We have a wide breath of machining technology, which includes high speed, bar fed, sliding head lathes, capable of cross, front and reverse end; one hit mill turning to produce high accuracy machining of precision parts.
Our Milling and Turning equipment has Y axis and twin spindle capabilities, which enable production in one operation, rather than several set ups on multiple machines. Components from bar up to 65mm diameter or billets can be machined.
There are two twin pallet, 4 axis machining centres with up to 40 tools capable of milling, drilling and threading components in various materials.
The Division is staffed by a team of cross functional, skilled setters who can programme, and set the machines to produce to customer specification and quality. Many of our machine processes have 7 x 24hr unmanned capability; whilst non bar feed requirements are over two shifts.
CMM Data
With specialised metrology equipment we can supply Initial Sample Reports and capability studies where required. Agreed quality control plans ensure product excellence and we can provide measurement data with each batch. All products can be supported with PPAP and PSW documentation.
