In April 2012, Interlube will be launching the NEW Unique Rotalube Chain Lubrication Kit.
The Chain lubrication System will include NEW ACR Interlube/ Rotalube Oil Pump that can deliver small and precise amounts of lubricant as and when required to the Standard Rotalube Unit.
The advantage of this system over alternative methods of lubricating chain is its Unquie way that it applies the lubricant directly onto the chain links whist the chain is in operation.
The close up picture shows how accurately the oil is injected into the linkages as the chain moves.The application is irrepective of speed and if the Rotalubes are fed with the NEW inerlube ACR Oil Pump the application of oil will be accurate and flexible.
Special brackets were made to protect the Rotalube applicator in the harsh food manufacturing enviroment.
The basic layout shows a single Standard Rotalube Applicator being fed lubricant from the 24V DC Electrically Operated ACR Oil Pump. The pump has built in fully adjustable controller and a 3 or 6 Ltr reservoir. The ACR pump will be supplied in a Kit that will include:- tube, tube fittings, pump elements, solenoid valve for the air supply.
