HYDRAULIC/PNEUMATIC-SINGLE LINE LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Failure of critical plant and machinary can result in clousre of production lines, expensive repairs, or even the loss of contracts. LubePlus 'AH' is designed for use where quick mechanical repetition is required like tube bending machinery.

LUBEPLUS 'AH' is a cyclic lubrication system designed to provide regular and measured amounts of lubricant to bearings using either hydraulic or pneumatic pressure (up to 44 bar). Available in single or double acting versions with 2 litre or 3 litre reservoirs, or for mounting directly onto a machine sump. Available with a complete range of accessories including pressure gauges, fittings, manifolds and pressure switches.

The pump is powered by either air or oil pressure applied to the drive piston, which is directly coupled to the lubricant pump piston. When pressure is applied to the drive piston the pump will displace lubricant. The lubricant delivery pressure is directly proportional to pump supply pressure.

Lubrication cycles are governed by the frequency of applied pressure to the pump. The lubricant inlet to the pump is fitted with a filter to prevent any contaminants in the lubricant reaching the bearings, the outlet connection of the pump is fitted with a check valve to prevent reverse flow of lubricant from the system.
